Clothing Closet
The mission of the Clothes Closet is to provide a shopping opportunity for individuals and families in need of clothing and/or household items free of charge. We believe that appropriate clothing can offer hope for a better future by providing self-confidence and a healthy self-image. Each family may shop once a month for their needs. Items that are high in demand may be limited for what can be taken.
​All clothing, household items, and furniture at the Clothing Closet are donated by generous
people from our community. We appreciate the support of our community very much! The large
selection available for every age and size, provides much-needed clothes and household items for
over 200 families each month. Furniture donations are used to furnish family homes for Heather’s
Hope Housing.
The Clothes Closet is located at 406 Oak Main, Comanche, and is open every Thursday 11:00 am –3:00 pm
We accept new or gently used clothing, furniture and household items. Men’s clothing and shoes are especially needed. Donations may be dropped off in the box outside the clothes closet any day of the week. For larger donations, furniture, appliances, or TV’s please call (580)439-5712 to arrange a time for assistance.
